Determine who will be getting hair and makeup done professionally.
Plan for 2 hairstylists and 2 makeup artists. One for the guest of honor and one for the rest of the party. (Will mothers, junior bridesmaids, or flower girls be included?) The most efficient approach to building your timeline is to work backwards from the time you need to depart for the wedding.
Remember to give yourself more time than less. However much time Google or Waze estimates it would take you to get to your venue, we recommend multiplying it by a factor of 1.5 to 2 to accommodate for unexpected traffic, detours, and delays.
